At Core Wellness we’re here to help you stay fit, strong, and connected while navigating the beautiful, busy journey of parenthood. Our classes are designed to support mums at every stage of postpartum recovery, giving you the opportunity to prioritise your health and well-being, all while bonding with your little one.
With both mums and babes in mind, our classes provide a safe, supportive environment where exercises are tailored to your specific needs, including support for common postpartum concerns like pelvic floor health. Our low-impact, adaptable workouts help you improve strength, fitness, and stability at your own pace. Plus, you’ll become part of a friendly, supportive community of mums on a similar journey. We also have a dedicated play area with toys and books to keep little ones entertained while you focus on your workout.
Whether you're carrying your baby in a sling, feeding or rocking them to sleep, chasing a curious toddler, or coming solo for some well-deserved “me time,” you're always welcome to join us. A sling is optional, but if you bring one, you're all set for added snuggles! Children up to 5 years old are welcome, and older siblings can join during school holidays—all completely free!
Ready to get moving, strengthen, and bond with your little one? Just make sure you’ve had your postnatal check-up and received clearance from your healthcare provider before booking.

M-Power: Strength & Sculpt (Mama & Mini Workout)
(45-50 mins)
Our M-Power: Strength & Sculpt workout is designed to help mums rebuild strength, tone muscles, and regain stability through low-impact exercises. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels, allowing you to work at your own pace while gradually building strength and confidence.
Expect a mix of standing and floor-based exercises, using resistance bands and bodyweight movements to target key muscle groups. All necessary equipment is provided (including resistance bands, mats and more!)

M-Power: Boost & Build (Mama & Mini Workout)
(30 mins)
A 30-minute, low-impact workout designed for mums at any stage of their postpartum journey. Whether you’re a new mum or a few years in, this quick, effective session helps you regain strength, stability, and fitness—perfect for busy mamas on the go!
Our pyramid-style workout gradually increases and decreases intensity, blending energy boosting and strength exercises for a balanced session. You’ll work different muscle groups with bodyweight movements, focusing on building strength where it matters most.
Expect a full-body standing workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and strong, all while feeling supported by fellow mums on a similar journey.

We’re here to help you feel strong, stable, and confident through every stage of womanhood. Our Women’s Wellness classes are designed for all women, with specialist guidance for those navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or peri/post-menopause—but you don’t have to be in these stages to join us!
Taught by perinatal and MenoFit-certified instructors, these sessions offer expert coaching in a welcoming, uplifting space.
More than just a workout, our classes bring together a friendly community of women who value moving well, feeling good, and staying strong for life. While hormonal changes can bring unique challenges, movement is key to maintaining energy, resilience, and overall well-being.

You'll experience a mix of standing and floor-based exercises, tailored to your fitness level. All necessary equipment, including resistance bands and mats, is provided—just bring yourself and a willingness to move!
Whether you're preparing for birth, rebuilding strength postpartum, adapting to menopause, or simply looking for a safe, effective workout, this class is for you.
