Strength, Toning & Relaxation
A supportive class focusing on rebuilding strength and toning your body while providing much-needed relaxation. We understand that having a baby can take a toll on your body, leading to reduced stability and weakened muscles. Our sessions are designed to help you regain muscular strength and tone through low-impact exercises that isolate and target individual muscle groups. Using resistance or just your body weight, you'll work on restoring strength and stability while also enjoying a relaxing and mindful cooldown.
